Victory Outreach Fremont began in 2006, not in a church building, but in a living room.
With a small group of people, a clear calling, and a willingness to start small, Pastor Anthony stepped out in faith and opened the doors of his mother’s home. There were no stage lights, no sound systems, and no large crowds. There was simply prayer, worship, and a deep belief that God wanted to do something special in Fremont.
In those early days, the church grew one person at a time. Living rooms turned into larger gatherings. Conversations turned into discipleship. Struggles turned into testimonies. What started as a simple act of obedience began to take root in the community.
Over the years, Victory Outreach Fremont has continued to grow, not just in numbers, but in depth. Families have been restored. Young people have discovered purpose. Leaders have been raised from within the congregation itself.
The church has moved locations, expanded ministries, and stepped into new seasons, but it has never lost its heart.
From a living room in 2006 to a thriving church serving Fremont and the greater East Bay, the mission remains the same:

Long before stepping into the role of Lead Pastors, Anthony and Angelica were simply two people who had experienced the transforming power of God in their own lives.
Their early years were marked by real life struggles, searching, questions, and moments that shaped them in ways they never expected. Like many people, they knew what it felt like to need hope, not religious routine, but something real.
Anthony and Angelica have been married since 2013, and their marriage has always been central to their ministry. They believe the health of a church begins with the health of families, and they are passionate about building strong marriages rooted in faith, forgiveness, and friendship.
They are parents to five incredible children, and their family is a daily reminder that God specializes in bringing beauty from broken pieces. Being a blended family has deepened their compassion and strengthened their conviction that every family can be rebuilt with patience, faith, and love.
Because they know what it is like to build from the ground up, they are passionate about creating a church that feels like home. Not a place for perfect people, but a place for people in progress. A place where marriages can heal, where young people can find purpose, and where those far from God can encounter Him in a real way.
Anthony and Angelica believe that Fremont and the greater East Bay are full of untapped potential. Their heart is to see lives transformed, leaders raised, and a city awakened to hope.
Above all, they consider it an honor to walk alongside people in every season of life, because they remember what it felt like to need someone to walk with them.
