is the Senior Pastor of Victory Outreach Church in San Diego, CA. Pastor Al received Christ and has served in Victory Outreach International for 23 years. In 1993, along with his wife Georgina pioneered the Victory Outreach Urban Training Center in Bridgeport, CT; a student program designed to train and equip young adults for the work of the ministry. He served as International Overseer for 12 years. In 2008 he became the Senior Pastor of Victory Outreach San Diego and has planted 6 churches along with missionaries in various countries. Pastor Al is a graduate of Latin American Bible Institute with a Bachelors in Pastoral Ministries, and a graduate of Facultad Teologia with a Bachelors of Ministry. He is currently a candidate for the Azusa Pacific University Masters Degree Program at Haggard School of Theology. Pastor Al & Georgina Valdez are the parents of 5 beautiful children, Averi, Zanelle, Samara, Charisma & Alec Judah.
